Etrade customer from almost day-1, and the service is fine today, and only getting better. Can't believe the service, research, and speed they offer, as well as IPOs for under 20 bucks a trade. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They haven't been perfect, but they've always made good, and are striving for more. Just check out the new on-line investment banking they announced. Could be the next CMGI.
