LOL- Just shows what an idiot you are. You didn't even bother to read the thread. I have always been against abortion and SAID so many times here. I have had three children and never had any other pregnancies. When my best friend got pregnant in college I tried to counsel her in a LOVING way to have the baby- who would have been white, and beautiful and smart- and to give it up for adoption as I was given up for adoption. But since abortion was her choice, I supported her through that. And I do not believe she has ever regretted it- I still know her, we are still friends and she is very happy. She came from a VERY dysfunctional home, and I think now, looking back on it, she probably could not have taken the strain of the pregnancy. But I did not have the same level of understanding then. However I am glad my basic decency and kindness allowed me to support my friend even though I deeply disagreed with her decision.
I am a firm believer in free choice. Whether it is murder or not- only God can judge, and ONLY God should punish. Is he gets upset enough let him wipe us out again and start over. I don't know if it is murder. I know that once it LOOKS like a child I certainly find it repugnant to kill it. But I have much less of a problem with a mere bundle of cells. When its two cells, four cells, 8 cells, 16 cells, etc, not such a problem to me although I, PERSONALLY, still could not have an abortion. My genetic material is really too precious too waste. I realize that more and more with every post I get on this subject. |
