you have been exposed as has your group. Huh? Spidey, I've read your "explanation" of today's events several times. It still doesn't make much sense to me from the legal standpoint. You say the shares have been "cancelled"; but then let's not forget that after the 2 October injunction hearing you said that the judge had "ordered" their return, which in fact he had not done. So what are we actually talking about? Did the relevant parties simply agree to interplead the stock? If that's it, Spidey, no big deal. What an anticlimax.
