TO ALL: REASONS FOR THE DECLINE TO 17?

My investigations reveal no publically availabe information to account for this significant decline.

Could be simply a hEalthy correction. If this is the case, we are looking at a VERY ATTRACTIVE PRICE HERE as an entry point, IMHO.
