Yes indeed. That was made quite clear at the 2 October injunction hearing. Lawrence Semenza, counsel for JB Oxford, indicated that he had no objection to interpleading the stock as long as doing so would not be injurious to his client's interests:

12 THE COURT: Well, you're really asking for much more
13 than an injunction. Thou shalt not (indiscernible). So you're
14 asking the Court to order the return of the stock and to place
15 it with the court. And under certain conditions, Mr. Semenza
16 at least indicates that he'll do that, something in the nature
17 of an interpleader or somebody talked about it, something in
18 the nature of an interpleader.
19 MR. SEMENZA: That's correct, your Honor.

So Spidey: is THAT all that happened? Sheesh. I'm gonna go to bed...
