HDD - What I consider incredible and great news. without this I suspect this company was dead Haddington makes board changes Haddington Resources Ltd HDD Shares issued 8,264,416 Jan 15 close $0.03 Fri 15 Jan 99 News Release Mr. John Tarrant reports John Tarrant, Jacqueline Tucker and Kenneth Embree have been appointed as directors to replace Basil Pantages, Michael Pezim and Nicola Sutton, who have resigned as directors and officers. Mr. Tarrant has been appointed as president. Naren Majithia remains as a director.
