- Andrew, there's a 15 day extension; not a 90 day - By saying a 90 day, you're practically predicting that DIPL will be delisted. And that's just not responsible. - From Edgar... "The registrant is unable to file its form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 1998 within the prescribed period because it has been delayed in completing its financial statements due to recent changes in the registrant's accounting staff" - as you can see, the quarter ended on 9/30/98. And there is no mention of changes in auditor as you alluded. So please try being more responsible. Thanks.
