Hi Captain, I first pointed out the triple declining slammation
pattern with regards to the McClellan summation indicator in
this post:

This pattern led to the April top and selloff into early June.

The principle is similar using the advance decline line: the magic
number is THREE.

The third time the indicator or a-d line tests a declining trendline, the
potential for trouble is indicated.

Another example (a-d version) was February to June 1994.
