I'm out of MDT for now. Following big merger they will have indegestion for awhile. Pru downgrade to hold was the final straw."

This is a bad bad mistake. First off Prudential is the last place to take investment advice. In fact Prudential probably took your shares at a low and bought them so they can sell on the upgrade. MDT will not have any indegestion. First study the buyouts and find they will be immediately accretive. AVEI was bought out at a price that has the PE at 25. AVEI is growing at 40%.

Restudy the aquistions and maybe buyback. If the dow is in the 8900-9500 level and no major "accounting" or product problems MDT will be approx $100 four months after the deal are completed.
