Cigar Holder Guess what, I DID bring up this very issue of the 144's. I really don't think they know who all of them are.Remeber, Dave hasn't been there this long. I brought it up under the issue of INVESTORS CONFIDENCE. I even gave them an example of a Co. which burned investors one too many times, a REAL co. just got 2, one Mil. dollar contracts and guess what, investors really don't care. I made it VERY CLEAR that both of us (investors & PNL execs) will benefit a LOT more from stock appreciation rather than printing and selling cheap paper. I believe these 144's are the original VC investors but I can't tell you this for sure. I can tell though that they had no knowledge of the specific names I brought up from the list and was even told that as far as she (Taylor) knew these names are NOT family members. That's why IMO they are the original investors. You can take it or leave it, but that's JMO. Regards
