I hope you'll also notify the SEC. Trades have a maximum of three days for funds to CLEAR on a transaction. You could hardly be expected to wait three days to find out if there was a transaction or not. I suspect there's a potential violation of a law or regulation here. The more the SEC is notified of such matters, the more likely they are to start an investigation, though they won't help you on your specific problem.
