In my opinion Teltek must feel that the stock will be much higher than 1.50 or they would receive no benefit from the options. They must feel that this will be a profitable relationship for BOTH parties. i really see this first contract as a foot in the door. The revenues are small, but an important relationship has been struck from which larger more profitable contracts can be derived. IMHO.
