Spoke with I.R. today. The Company's marketing team is progressing well in establishing the consumer distribution channel. Said they have nearly final agreements with 4 national retail chains whose names are recognizable to anyone. They may begin more advertising when the product is more widely available. He expects that closure of these agreements will be soon. (Interestingly, the marketing firm received options only, exercisable at $2.25 I believe. The options only become exercisable if significant revenue targets are met. I like seeing their consultants motivated in this way.)

AMHD is equally excited about the possibilities of PDEN. AMHD has a 15% equity ownership of PDEN (1,777,500 shares at $1.25 today). They received this basically for a $340,000 building during 1998. A great move. PDEN is the first online pet store.

The Company is also exploring waste and agricultural uses of the product. In fact, I.R. mentioned that some new EPA rules will strictly limit the amount of sludge that may be used on croplands. Apparently, AMHD's product will be beneficial in meeting this new regulation.

In all, I.R. stated there are over 60+ uses for the patented product. The patent does not expire til 2017 as I recall.

I know that several investors purchased this stock at much higher prices. While I am a new investor to AMHD, I believe the Company is showing a huge turnaround. I think we saw the bottom at ~$1 in late-December and that we will soon look at the current prices as bargains. Thoughts anyone?

I will be calling I.R. again if anyone has questions for me to relay.

Good luck!
