Madame,

First of all, I want to thank Dr. Katz for notifying me of your mischievious activities. Before you begin to hurl accusations around and to dig around in my personal life, I strongly suggest that you get your facts straight. While I aided Mr. Bigby in the establishment of his Silicon Investor account, I have at no time posted under the name Joseph Bigby on Silicon Investor.

My sole and singular interest in Silicon Investor has been the observation and study of Diamond Multimedia. I have a vested interest in Diamond Multimedia which I have made no secret about over the past several months. As a full-time honors student at Texas A&M University, I do not have the time to engage in frivolous postings of the type you have attributed to my person.

I will not tolerate continuing attacks. If you persist in circulating my personal information and if you continue to make false and misleading statements concerning my good name I will contact an attorney.
