Earl, I have this theory on the spread of CIST. When there is little activity MM's narrow the spread to attract trading. When the activity increases again, they widen the spread to enhance their profits. This would go entirely contrary to supply and demand which should point to the opposite occurring. Welcome to the world of the bulletin board.
