Collusion? Isn't that a bit of a stretch?
The simpler, and correct explanation is that the "Five Dollars and Under" category is, as the name implies, for stocks trading at or below $5. Until IMON's nearly $4 jump today, it had been trading between $1 and $2, making it fit the category.
We have, however, just moved it to the "Web/Information Stocks" category.
The "Five Dollars and Under" category doesn't exist to cast aspersions on the issues in it, and I think it's very unlikely the category has any bearing on the price of a stock.
