Dear Howard: The FLY in your ointment is the EPS growth. That is an ESTIMATE. When was it updated? Does it consider the new relationship between SUNW/AOL/NETSCAPE?? Does it consider the incredible FLURRY in INTERNET activity indicating that there will be a pressing need for MORE POWERFUL SERVERS (you know the EXPENSIVE kind SUNW makes BIG MARGINS on) Thats just the near term, going out further is the SUNW technology which apparently will be the FUTURE. As to insider selling, dont know the facts there but it is nothing new at SUNW. These guys get their options CHEAP and continually sell. Did so when it was 35 and surely doing so now. So What? JDN
