If LU still retains enough T-kultur, it can do T-holders a favor when they eventually spin off the stinking, bloody ASND hulk after everyone has quit. Might be built back into a decent company like LU or even NCR (doing nicely now). The problem is not so much who takes over a dynamic company but whether the dynamic can be preserved and enhanced and reborn as it would have been had the firm stayed independent. LU has barely licked off the bureaucratic bio-glue my beloved T squirted all over it when everything telephonic was highly regulated. The fact that LU has freed itself from glue is no reason to suppose that LU doesn't squirt glue all over its acquisitions. Something about goose-sauce.
