Hi Wally. As to the merger it is now just a wait and see situation. That spread is something else .05-.09 (55%)and wide is the right word for it. I like you am more then willing to give it all of 99 to see what happens. I would like to see it take off but if not then the plan of action will be put in place like you said, a tax write-off.
