Dear John: You're correct with the boilerplate legalese, but look carefully at the factual part of the ABTX press release, as compared to the seperate and independent article written by the Wall Street Journal article (October 27, 1998). The stock price was related to the terrible market for small caps, the short attack, and the ultimately "clean" SEC review (but during the review process, the shorts interpreted the situation in a terrible light). I don't have a link to that article, but do have an original article at my office. If I have time, I type the whole article this weekend and post it.
