Hi Jack, We've prepared our own salsa for years for when we're at the vintage car races. Ours is sort of a "salsa gumbo" and has a cajun type of "attitude!" It includes pickled Okra, baby corn on the cobs, black eyed peas, olives and other goodies.

This is "scooping Salsa" not the dipping type. It has lots of texture, color and body. Heck, if we threw in a pound of browned ground round steak, it would be a complete meal!!

It's know as Leaping Cats Racing Salsa (and chrome cleaner)!
