I think you're just being difficult, Charles <g>. Yes, the easiest model is to make a template item, and then spin off millions of that product for sale. I must disagree with you about HRB. In essence, they are a fee for service company; your hypothesis (as I understand it) is that such a company cannot be wildly successful. I believe HRB's success demonstrates the contrary. For that matter, there are multi-city law firms that generate several hundred millions of dollars in billings a year which would be valued quite highly as public companies.

Actually, I think the truest analogies to RRRR are advertising agencies with growing internet businesses. These are essentially, again, personal service companies. My pick for what RRRR could be like when it grows up: TNO (True North). This is a very large advertising company with a market cap well over a billion. And it started with RRRR's business model. So there!
