Many brokerage firms get paid by the accuracy of there recommendations and the price of the stock with reference to when they made the rec. Initiating with a SELL rating tells me that this analyst does not get a bonus on a "hold" rec. He/she feels that this is probably the peek and may figure easy money! Somewhat like shorting!

As we all know, the time to buy is when everyone is throwing the stock out the window. The time to sell is when people can't get enough of it. That's why I covered my short on the open Wednesday morning.(as a trader, not a long term short).

In my opinion, the timing and "guts" it took to issue a sell is a puzzle to me unless he feels the whole market is heading south. The market will retrace but there are too many questions with ONSL to have ANY of the relevant answers.
