BJ - DWEB;thanks for update/makes all the difference/we need to find out how they will raise additional capital through RJ&A/a secondary offering on a best efforts basis ? securing loans through bank financing, debentures, outside lenders, etc. ?

Notice the specific language in press release, it says that DWEB has "engaged" the services of RJ&A to "assist and guide" them in helping to raise investment capital. This doesn't tell us anything.

Rite Aid & S.M. are impressive clients and hopefully they will provide the credibility needed to move forward and obtain financing. The CEO admits that limited capital has been a big problem. Still, there are no specifics on the exact amount of $ to be raised, when this will happen and if any fees have been paid to DWEB by the two major companies stated above (or if DWEB has paid any fees to RJ&A for their assistance).

OMKT is in a whole different league/check out their list of Fortune 500 clients and slew of telephone companies. They can obtain as much money as they want. They were also chosen to be on the Phil. internet index "ISDEX" as the premier e-commerce company which represents the industry.

Let's hope DWEB discloses detailed info. on how they plan to raise additional capital and the specific steps RJ&A are taking to help them implement their future business plans.
