I Peter 1

15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Called to holiness. Not the following of rituals and traditions that are performed for pious appearances as though on display.
Called to holiness in Christ, to be as Christ, to act as Christ, to show love as Christ.
Jesus is our example to follow. Draw closer to God in prayer, dwell in His word, and be obedient to Him taking even every thought captive to His will. Too high an ideal to strive for? His word says, "Be ye holy, for I am holy."

Let the Lord be your delight....
