woody,
I agree over the "overly cautious" statement that is required by lawyers.

here is an analogous situation: if you go to a surgeon for an operation, one that is 99.99% successful all the time, the surgeon is compelled to tell you ALL the bad things that can theoretically happen as part of informed consent. However, the surgeon would also tell you the success rate is 99.99% of the time. Despite this success rate, legally, he/she has to tell you about the .01% chance that it may not succeed. In fact, when describing the 0.01% chance of failure, the surgeon will make sound really awful, since he/she is trying to cover all the THEORETICAL things that can go wrong, but ALMOST NEVER HAPPEN!!!

In the revised statement, DGIV lawyers are telling investors about that .01% chance, IMO!!!

Looking at the bright side, it means that we have a 99.99% chance of getting the necessary minutes for the joint venture (or whatever percentage that was deemed good enough for Teltek to choose DGIV as its partner and to decide a share price of 1.5 is cheap!!). It means we have a VERY HIGH likelihood of hearing from DGIV in the near future regarding more contract announcements!!! THAT IS GREAT NEWS!!!
