The news release provided little detail about the financing other than the lenders got unrestricted stock at $3 a share meaning the lenders could double their money by selling right now. Can HMSK management put the funds to effective use is the question? The application for a NASDAQ listing has to be a positive. HMSK has potential especially if the internet craze continues. But I would not be a buyer at this price as the stock is clearly overbought. There is good support at $5. Let's see what the company can accomplish with the $8.7 million.
