We are looking at starting the stock distributions and other things that need to be done to get Archival public, SEC filings, etc etc, so even though the ex date is 22cd there is some more stuff needing to be done before Archival is public. The stock dividend is just the first step. We are looking at some time in Feb (if all goes well) for him to be a stand alone company. KAA
