nobody yet seems in a hurry to bail... I think the affiliation with National Capital through EBI Securities raises a yellow flag. I haven't heard back from Tom Richfield, so I don't know what the relationship with them is. The Useltons and National Capital are BAD names to people who have been involved with MTEI, so shrugging it off doesn't sound smart to me. But without knowing I'm not selling, either,,, Chip
