<<Teltek has represented that it has in its name certain of the licenses that may be required.">>
looks like teltek has the licenses to me!
dear playground paul, please use some "common sense" (admittedly, it may be difficult for someone getting his kicks stalking kids in playgrounds, hence the nickname);
if Teltek does not already have licenses , why would they spend the time, effort, and MONEY, dealing/talking with DGIV to partner with Teltek in China? afterall, I would think the two companies have been involved in active negotiations for many months, which takes lots of time, effort and MONEY!! Would Teltek do deals with DGIV without licenses in China, just for the FUN of it, the way you stalk kids just for the FUN of it??? I don't think so, playground paul.
Looks at other countries in which Teltek has a presence. I would bet Teltek has licenses to operate in those countries too (a good thing for DGIV since DGIV is now Teltek Ip telephony partner, wouldn't you agree?)
Forget "common sense", just read the release. It tells you Teltek has licenses to do business in China.
