I think this is going to be a big issue over the next year. AMD
has now achieved sufficient market penetration to dispel consumers
fear that AMD processors are riskier in terms of compatibility.
This should allow them to reduce the price gap between their
parts and the Intel performance equivalents. It isn't clear to
me if this will be good for AMD or just bad for Intel...
