Kiri, re: leap strikes

I normally buy at a strike slightly above breakout, when I think the breakout has been technically confirmed and supported by future fundamentals.

On RMBS breakout was at about 87, I went with 2k leaps, strike 90 on the downgrade ... one day before the company pre-warned. Given that RMBS sees a flattish next 2 quarters, I will bail on retrace up and reestablish the position with 21k leaps when RMBS settles and volatility dies down and the flippers held off for greener pastures. The 2k leaps may be cutting it too close given the schedule uncertainty.

Could you do a Fib retracement on CMGI? I'd like to compare my numbers with what you get.
