I think that Zonagen's patent position would cause SGP and Zonagen to defend its position and try to stop any "fast dissolve" forms of oral phentolamine or any other drug in the class described in the Lowry patent.

I'm not a patent lawyer, so I don't actually know how one might get around Zonagen's patent for delivery, not the drug.
