I believe you should receive a letter asking you to tender your shares for $19. You can also sell them at a slight discount now. This nets you a bit less (and little or no profit beyond your purchase price of $18.50) but provides some insurance in case the acquisition fall through. You might wish to read the specific details of the process in the 8-K (Article II).
