Fred, the same thing happened to me a while back. Even seeing MM on L2 offering, the offer was not taken. Called the Executioner office and got Mumbo Jumbo and they wanted 2 cents per share to do the order. Starting to look like you need 2 or 3 accounts to get what you want these days. Funny thing, imagine walking into Walmart and going up to the check out to be told sorry..that isn't for sale.....heifersnot! Shoot
