From an FA standpoint, you will want to avoid SAVLY. They were the first commercially available Telephony Billing system so that is why they had an advantage. Their product is below average and support is marginal. But the major reason to avoid them is that LU just purchased their major competition (Kenan Systems) last week. Kenan has a better product and when you combine that with LU's sales ability, it will be difficult for SAVLY to survive. Hardline
