Penni, I agree that Jon should take his case elsewhere. If he really feels he has a case he should discuss it with an attorney. Many colleges have legal aid offices, he could drop in to one and discuss it with an interested intern. I, though, am at SI because I'm not interested in legal wrangling. Bill,IMO, is using the forum appropriately. I think some of the comments have genuinely hurt him and we can be sensitive to that, yes? Alexa
