Bonnie, the only thing you are missing is that AG can always pay interest by selling more debt. Especially, he is selling short term paper, doing the old borrow short and lend long dance that gets banks in trouble on a regular basis.

Tax revenues will come in pretty good from mutual fund cap gain distributions (surprise, surprise, Mr. and Mrs. Sixpack <G>). Whether that will be enough remains to be seen.
