thanks for your e-mail here the gools for 99 in the order i hope to get them through. complete financials and sec papers to be reporting company get molds completed to start production in dallas send pallets to customers for final aproval and get lease contracts reorgenazation of administration of cabec and PPP starting from monday 1.18.99 i will have a new partnership which will administrate and financialy support cabec and ppp and i will totaly concentrate on R&D and production of pallets and injection molding equipment. forming a new board of directors for Cabec. Name change of cabec to PalWeb Corp. aranging of soficiant assets to move PalWeb from BB to Nasdaq National Market. Complete production of injektion molding system for Pace Plastic Pallets for production at their plant in harmony oklahoma for april 99 Our new partner in financial and administrativ support will make you all very happy i think. in the following week the new menagment will be put in place. and do not worry i have not sold out or any thing like it you all will see. please give me a few days and the news will be put out over PR News wire. sorry for my spelling . and please again just wait and as soon every thing is in place you all get the complete picture and then you can make up your mind to by or sell stock and i not just state this for sec or leagle reasens be carful with your money and do not get excited with hyps. today it is a dificult world out there and i only guarantee you all one thing i work and fight verry hard i have the most to loss in this. thanks to all for the trust and support. m.john Cabec/PPP
