I guess you have to check out which market makers the discount broker uses? But how do you know which are the better ones? Actually, outside of this case I've been pleased with this broker. They only charge $29 for unlimited BB shares, and I have in the past obtained shares of the same BB company, sometimes even in between the spread and with GTC orders (took a couple of months!).
