Mark: You make a good point. It is only with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight that the last year appears to have been a waste. When Ledoux was certifying assays and telling Naxos management to move forward with a drilling/assay program, it seemed like good advice, particularly considering the source. Too bad Ledoux backed off its numbers.

Any word on whether we are suing Ledoux?

By the way, I see Austin Lett on line all the time. I keep sending him instant messages on AOL, but he won't respond. I think it must be due to the fact that I keep calling him a thief and a fraud.
