Nor would I. I like to sleep well at night, just curious how the game is played...

BUT I assume it is not illegal to setup an offshore corp, trade in the account, as long as you pay all required taxes no? Then you get the benefit of being able to short all stocks correct? So assume someone does this, pay all required taxes etc, you can still short anything? How do you do the trading? via phone only?
