One further thought: Given that you purchased your shares after the news of the acquisition, if you're going to wait for the deal to close, you might want to contact your broker directly rather than waiting for the letter. While I think it unlikely that your broker has forwarded the notices of the tender offer to their IBUY shareholders yet, I suppose it's a remote possibility.
