Keith, On Jan 8th I requested Accutrade to exercise the CVIA Warrants in my account. As a follow-up Friday afternoon (1/15) I ask Accutrade customer service if it had been accomplished yet. Accutrade said that "the Warrants are not DTC eligible for trading yet". When I asked what I could do to get this done, customer service said that "Megan Bokowski (800) 237-8692 x-7344, of the Reorg Unit at Advanced Clearing told them that CVIA has not responded to her call to resolve this problem. Obviously I would like to get this done in time for the ArchivalCD dividend on Jan 22. Can you help or advise if there is some course of action by me that would get this done. By the way, my average share cost for CVIA is now $3.05, without the Preferred shares, so needless to say, I'm a happy camper. CVIA has come a long way back from the abyss. Thanks. Stan
