I noted in a recent article that an international consortium of internet service providers said it will use ascend 's MultiVoice for the Max platform as its standard for voice-over the internet protocol service.This will permit ISPtel's members to provide voice over IP service,including data,fax and voice communications,in more than 25 countries by the end of the first quarter ISPtel (www.isptel.com) manages call authorization,routing and settlement for its members How will this development impact on the company???Does the term "settlement used in this article mean "billing"?
