it doesnt change anything. i understand the reasons for the spinoff, and the convert, etc. is great. still, there was a better way to do it, and management evidently didnt think about that, or any other, alternative.

dont go slapping them on the back just yet.

additionally, doing it my way would have given us goldman or another IB as an analyst, who might be willing to give PPOD itself a buy.
