Let me refute these NSCP bullet points.

>First of all, our web site, Netcenter, is one of the most highly visited sites on the net.

Most 'highly visited' sight: One of the BIGGEST DUPES in history. You simply get that b/c the damn broswer has that set to the default home page to open when the browser is started, and most people don't bother to ever change that. That was BRILLIANT marketing by NSCP to get AOL to pay out the *ss. Pure Genuis.

>our web servers are still selling very well to

Corporations are filled with really dumb people, sheep.
My boss bought NSCP Enterprise Server.
I can sell him a rake in December.
Linux/Apache is free and better.

>Third, our new web browsing technology that is soon to be released

Browsers are free, who gives a damn?

>Fourth, we have diversified our product line significantly.

For the amount of $$$ AOL paid, they could have hired all your staff
and told them to rewrite everything.
NSCP has 2k employess. Assuming they all get paid the same, would you have taken 2 million for jump ship? I think so.
They could hire a country of programmers for that kind of cash.

>Fifth, we also make money by being a full-service provider, including professional services.

Congrats. You and 50,000 other companies.

PS: I have been sidetracked on this thread, have waste too much of my and your time, and have made all my points.
Gotta get back to work! Next week should be interesting!
Good luck with your trading/investing everyone!
