Getting listed on the Nasdaq is not or at least should not be a main priority at this time. At the price that this Co. is trading at now we would have to see a 30 to 1 reverse to make the requirements. And hold that price. I don't think investors would be to happy to see something like that happen. They way a Co. gets listed on the Nasdaq or any other major market is to grow to a point where earnings drive the stock price up to the satisfactory level. Most reverse splits fail miserably. Reverse is a dirty word in my dictionary.
