Joseph L. Parkinson, who was a co-founder of Micron, was indeed on our board at the time Micron was working with ECD and our memory technology. He subsequently resigned after leaving Micron and handing over the reins to Steven Appleton who ended up dissolving our relationship with Micron. This occurred during a very major upheaval
within Micron. It sounded like a big time power struggle. The bottom fell out of the chip market about that time, while Micron was in the process of building a new two and a half billion dollar fab plant that was subsequently moth balled.

This new joint venture with Tyler Lowrey should be very interesting, as the plot will surely grow thicker. I'm anxious to see how many former colleagues will join up with Lowrey.

Regards.
