(NDTC) set its sights on Hollywood with the Dec. 1 opening of a new digital facility in Los Angeles. Located on the city's West side.. TCI's NDTC (National Digital Television Center) LA Facility currently has it production studios and post production studios up and running at full tilt according to NDTC-LA's General Manager.
